Fruit Shrub
Ingredients

cups
fresh ripe fruit
3/4
cup
white vinegar
3/4
cup
water
1/2
cup
sugar
Instructions
Mash fruit by hand or with an immersion blender.
Add water, vinegar & sugar in a glass airtight container and mix well.
Refrigerate for 3 days.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
Notes
Shrubs will keep in the refrigerator for approximately 1 month.
