Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup until combined.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients together then add the combined wet ingredients to combine.
Mix in the vanilla, walnuts and cooked apples.
Gently mix all together.
Pour into a prepared (buttered and floured) bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
