Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roast almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 15 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and honey, stirring to combine. In a separate medium sized bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Once butter and honey are hot and bubbling, add the roasted almonds. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
Add the almonds to the bowl of cinnamon, salt & sugar mixture. Using the rubber spatula, stir until the almonds are completely coated.
Return almonds to the parchment lined baking sheet and allow to cool completely.
Store in airtight containers until game time!
